Responsibilities:

- Level 1 troubleshooting support

- Handle software and hardware escalation and provide professional technical training to clients

- Maintain best-in-class satisfaction of customers

- Tracks and reports operation as required

Requirements:

- 2 years or above IT related working experience

- Bachelor degree of Computer or related major

- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English

- Printer software/ hardware implementation experience is preferred

- Macau ID holder
