Responsibilities
Responsible for delivery of a project or projects within the
contractually executed parameters and in accordance with the requirements of
the Integrated Management System as well as providing tailor-made services to
assist client in developing and managing their projects.
Requirements
- Degree or above in Building Studies / Construction
Management / Engineering related discipline or other similar
qualifications
- At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in
project management / commercial fitting out / A&A works which
preferably in a commercial / retail and hospitality fit out with
multi-national corporate exposure
- Experience of working with a team and consultants and
managing trade contractors & Vendors
- Good project / construction management skill
- Excellent leadership skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Computer literacy is essential
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Must be a holder of Macau Identity Card
