Principal Job Responsibilities:

You will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, so as enjoying this environment, in order to

• Support, motivate and lead the in-store team to achieve the store KPI, targets, and best practice in retail
• Monitor and review store performance, analyse sales figures and come up business plan proposals
• Deliver and maintain high quality of customer service; build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
• Ensure a high level of visual merchandising and cleanliness in line with the PANDORA Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Handle monthly reporting & roster management; periodic stock take
• Coordinate with different departments, such as Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, Training & etc

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of Store Management experience in Retail Industry
• Form 5 or above
• A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for PANDORA product and core values
• Data driven mindset, with strong business acumen and ability to analyze reports
• Results driven leader with the ability to inspire and create a highly collaborative in-store experience to customers
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
