Your new job includes 

As a member of our family-owned business, you will execute marketing and visual merchandising activities to strengthen and elevate the Heinemann brand in the market as well as to inspire customers from all over the world with our excellent assortment mix. As the Marketing Officer of our Heinemann Duty Free Shop, you will

• ·        Work in close collaboration with your Hong Kong team members to bring our marketing strategy to life by executing our Marketing plan and delivering a unique customer journey.
• ·         Purposefully plan, execute, supervise and project manage all local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• ·         Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders to transfer your expertise to the relevant areas of our business and to position Heinemann effectively in the market.
• ·         Implement visual merchandising activities and review visual merchandising materials on the shop floor  to ensure the best presentation of a high-quality assortment mix and the efficiency of our promotions.
• ·         Compile, analyse and evaluate sales trends and outcomes of promotions, as well as merchandising activities.
• ·         Engage with your team members on a personal and professional level and strive for the team’s success.

 What you should bring along

• ·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design or related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role within the retail, hospitality or FMCG industry
• ·         Excellent command of the English language, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language
• ·         Proficiency in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• ·         A pronounced can-do mentality, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
• ·         Strong communication and negotiation skills and the proven ability to build and sustain relationships
• ·         A flair for store visual designs and displays with a great attention to detail
