Businesss Management 业务管理
Work with General Manager to formulate effective sales strategies, use and combine company resources to push sales of Cross Channel.
协助总经理制定行之有效的销售战略,利用整合公司资源促进跨渠道销售。
Management of monthly/quarterly and annual budgeting planning,execution and evaluation.
管理月度/季度/年度的销售预算,执行并进行效果跟踪。
Supervise and give the corresponding measures for monthly sales records and payment schedule, ensure the acchievement of sales task at the end of month.
对月度销售记录以及收款进度进行监督及给予相应的措施,保证月底的销售任务完成。
Establish an effective system in account file management,supervise the account management by familiarizing oneself on all the uniqueness of each account thus to provide service needed as well as capitalizing the maximum potential.
制定一套有效的客户管理机制,监督客户管理,了解主要客户的独特性并提供服务所需策略并使销售机会最大化。
 indentify potential accounts in designed market segments and tailor made proposal to cater the needs.
发现潜在客户,针对客户需求设定对应的销售方案。
Conduct regular sales visit for all the key accounts to maintain and strengthen business partnership thus develop further business opportunities.
对主要客户进行拜访以及加强客情维护,以增加销售。
Combine sales report to general manager.
汇总销售报告并提交给总经理。
Managing customers' ROI and make sure all the investment are being retuned in sales and maintain healthy level.
管理客户投资回报,并确保所有的投入得到销量回报并且保持在健康的水平。
Review and conduct team AR monthly to control AR collection budget each month.
每月追踪和指导团队整体的AR付款状况。
Monitor & control the sales expenses within T&E budge and ensure all reimbursement  are submitted on time to Finance.
监控T&E费用在年度预算范围内并确保报销能及时交到财务。
Monitor the finalization of business contract for key accounts as well as renewal for current key accounts.
监控部门的业务合同及续签。

Maketing development 市场拓展
1. Promotion & Marketing
Work with marketing designed managers on brand strategy and make sure the brand performance in the market is being well implemented. 
与对应市场部负责人合作关于品牌策略及管理确保品牌市场上的表现。
To implementate effective promotional activities to facilitate sales and to improve the brand awareness.
推行有效的促销活动以扩大销售并提升品牌知名度。
To approve and monitor the implementation of the promotion designed under the policy and relevant person approval.
根据公司政策及相关批复,审核定制的促销活动并监督执行。
To track and analyses the promotion results and make necessary adjustment.
跟踪促销活动的结果并做出分析调整。
Participate in Visitor Schedule for the regions especially when promotional events or activities are scheduled.
参与酒庄代表拜访时的葡萄酒相关推广活动。

2. Market Intelligence
Be on full alert on market trend of imported wine market trend by closely followed up. 
密切关注进口葡萄酒的市场趋势保持充分的警觉性。
Conduct competitor market survey on their new products promotion and pricing tactic for proactive strategic planning and then report to GM. 
观察竞争对手新产品促销行情和价格策略以制定有效的战略计划并向总经理报告。

Take up any other projects or assignments which assigned by GM.
完成总经理安排的其它项目或任务。
Cooperate with relevant departments, make sure the cross channel communication and coordination smoothly and well for business development.
与相关部门合作,确保跨部门沟通及协调顺畅并有利于业务发展。
Full participation in inventory management for the regions and adopt the proactive approach to project the inventory need to cope with business growth.
参与库存管理,采取必要计划和措施确保库存的分配适合业务增长点需要。
