Retail Training Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Fully versed & experienced in conducting skills training sessions including but not limited in customer services, complaint handling skills, selling techniques, involve new employee orientation program, brands training.
- Prepare & deliver comprehensive training programs that provide true impact & changes to the participants.
- Conduct training assessments, analysis, and evaluation on the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Organize, coordinate and manage the training calendar with the related parties
- Design and develop tools that best serve the needs of our participants / programs.
- Assist the HR Manager to handle budgeting, planning, developing of the training programs to achieve the Company objectives.
- Ensure and maintain up-to-date training reports and records.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years or above solid experience in training and development, preferably in Watches industry.
- Experience from professional retail training is a must.
- Details oriented, organized with strong discipline to meet deadlines with top quality of work.
- Positive, excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint with English and Chinese word processing.
