Accounting Assistant (Contract) /會計助理 (合約)
- Daily invoice posting, Supervise accounts payable functions
- Month end closing include but not limited to intercompany account reconciliation, charge in and charge out billing
- Intercompany Payment and AP clearance
- Intercompany Receivables
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Internal and external audit
- Assist in other financial or treasury reporting
- ad hoc assigned by management
REQUIREMENT:
- Higher Diploma in Business, Accountancy, or relevant discipline or above
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounting or Finance work experience is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese & English typing, etc.
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred

資歷:
- 商業,會計或相關學科的高級文憑或以上學歷
- 持有LCCI證書; 具有一般會計知識
- 至少2年的會計或財務工作經驗者優先。
- 精通電腦操作,懂MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 積極進取,樂於學習
- 能獨立處理工作及壓力下完成
