Part Time Human Resources Assistant (Contracted 6 months)


  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining HR records and files.
  • Perform onboarding administration tasks – prepare new hire welcome kit and ensure new employees complete required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date employee records, including digitalization of employees p-file
  • Prepare documentation for work permit application
  • Assist with various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and recruitment activities

Profile

  • Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
  • Minimum a Diploma, Degree graduate or professional certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.
  • Able to multitask and set priorities
  • A team player who can perform in a fast pace environment
  • Good communication skills
