Customer Service Supervisor 客戶服務主任

Requirements:

  • Degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, Preferably with 1 year experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and bilingual (English required)
  • Enjoy interacting with people and have customer-oriented attitude
  • Pleasant personality, good team player and multi-tasked

Job Description: 

  • Assist Department Head in developing and managing the team to achieve sets of KPIs and Targets by delivering high levels of customer service experience
  • Ensure the area of responsibility is well managed and the overall daily operations are well-coordinated and smooth
  • Lead the team and ensure that SOPs are followed at all times
  • Responsible for category sales, customer service and inventory management. Manage a team within the department according to the company values, standards, policies and procedures, and is responsible for all the people management functions
  • Handle and answer feedbacks and complaints from the customers and to consolidate and analyse customer feedbacks for customer experience improvement 
  • Train and coach team members to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Responsible for report consolidate and data analysis

  • 協助部門主管發展和管理團隊,通過提供高水平的客戶服務體驗來實現公司目標和要求
  • 確保責任範圍得到妥善管理,整體日常運作和協調順暢
  • 領導團隊並確保團隊成員按工作流程工作
  • 負責產品銷售、客戶服務和庫存管理。 根據公司價值觀、標準、政策和程序管理部門團隊,並對人員管理工作表現負責
  • 處理和回答客戶的反饋和投訴,並整合和分析客戶反饋以改善客戶體驗
  • 培訓和指導團隊成員提供高標準的客戶服務
  • 負責報表整理和數據分析
