Duty Manager
Front Office
- Handle all problems and complaints relating to the hotel guests, and represents the management in handling all areas of operations within the hotel
- Ensuring employees are offering exceptional customer service, and all request from guest are followed up closely
- Take initiative to resolve disputes between guests / associate
- Monitor the guest traffic in lobby, represent the Management in the handling guest complaints
- To be familiar with the hotel emergency procedures and to ensure maximum safety of guest and employees in case of emergencies
Job requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Have related experience is preferred
- Self-motivated, strong service minded and able to work independently
