Guest Relations Ambassador
POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide
logistics services, operating carousel and support store operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing carrier service to customers,
coupon distribution and other operation support
- Providing product delivery services between property and casino
- Respond customer inquiries promptly
- Providing customer services and controlling the carousel
- Perform other ad hoc
assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school
graduation or above
- Good command of
spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, fair spoken English is preferable
- Shift duty is required
