Job Description:
- Record and process all reservations made by phone, fax and email.
- Identify opportunities for value added services to increase sales profitability and anticipate client needs.
- Reply and confirm all the bookings, amendment or cancellation made from Online Travel Agents.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Customer orientated and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and overtime
