Responsibilities

Ensure transaction activities of account maintenance and service, loan transaction processing, trade & factoring transactions, operations support and funding related activities etc completed as per established procedures
Act as main contact point customers and other service partners for applications and transactions
Assist the Dept head to develop action plan to improve productivity and minimize operational risk
Lead, coach and develop the team members to achieve the section's goal and to complete their assignments
Participate in User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and other business and project initiatives

Requirements

Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
4 years relevant banking operations experience is an advantage
With people management skills preferable
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of working under pressure;
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
