Responsible for revenue generation, study and analyse routine reports to keep track of the business trends, propose and implement sales development action plans for each product category based on various clientele
Address customers’ concerns, provide expedited service and resolve complaints pro-actively
Responsible for promoting brand awareness and enhancing customer loyalty thru execution of planned marketing programs e.g. CRM, events
Build strong morale and productive work teams
Performance management e.g. Evaluation and motivation of sales staff, staff disciplines
Identify staff’s training needs; propose, coordinate and/or conduct training based on category specialization
Monitor and review target stock level together with customer needs/buying trends
Conduct monthly business review meetings with direct reports
