We are looking for a Macau City/ Area Manager who will be responsible for developing and articulating business strategies to drive sales and increase profitability of luxury fashion brand across Macau market.
Accountability
- To achieve forecasted sales budget
- To follow up on orders, delivery issues, and customer inquiries of any kind
- To perform regular market visit (stores, new distribution, and wholesale market)
- To manage sales forecast, budget and inventory control
- To manage order and shipment to deliver targeted revenue
- To manage visual presentations
- To manage travel expenses within the assigned budget
- To foster and enhance relationships with key WS customers
- To interact with Public Relations and Marketing relative to advertising, promotions, visual standards and sales analysis in support of strategies to increase sales
- Plan together with Marketing on all new launch plans
- To interact with Logistics with respect to product flow and customer support.
- To maintain constant contact with Retail Director with regard to strategy and planning
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
- Proven good track records of achievement in sales and budgets
- Good in numbers and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must have a creative mindset, capable of converting ideas into practical and achievable programs
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, time management, organizational and coordination skills.
- Possess a high level of drive and initiative spirit.
- Proactive, flexible, independent yet a good team player and able to communicate at all levels.
- Experience in Macau
- Extensive experience in high-end luxury retail sales
- Extensive watch knowledge
- Excellent selling skills
- Knowledge of marketing, media, and merchandising techniques
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
