RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage a customer base in the gaming industry for both online and landbased clients.

• Manage all stages of the sales process and deliver sales and revenue against annual targets

• Develop short and long-term Sales Plans for new and strategic customers, determining sales strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives.

• Tracking and forecasting customer revenue and monitor performance vs target.

• Observe and research markets, competitors, and industry trends to drive revenue growth strategies.

• Develop strong customer relationships at various levels across their organization.

• Attend and participate in relevant industry conferences and webinars and periodically visit customers for opportunity exploration and maintain relationships.

• Manage all sales activities via a CRM system, and other relevant sales tools to maintain full control of prospects, and the sales pipeline.

• Attend internal Sales meeting and provide sales reporting as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a sales or business development role.

• Previous experience in a similar position in the Gaming industry; experience within the online B2B industry as a Sales person or Account Manager is preferable.

• Be a self-motivated person who is passionate about sales, customer value creation, relationships, innovation and thrives on the challenge to deliver exceptional results.

• Demonstrable record in creating and delivering on business development plans & strategies to provide revenue growth.

• Strong negotiation skills, ability to sell and close deals.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (or other Asian languages).

• Required to travel, mainly in the Asian region.
