BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (BOCI) was established in 1980 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BOCHK. All credit cards issued by BOCI are collectivelycalled BOC Credit Cards. BOCI has issued various international credit cards, and is now the card issuing and acquiring processing centre for BOCHK. BOCI plays an important role in the credit card business in the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Macau. To copewith our rapid business expansion, we are now looking for high-calibre candidates to take up the following challenging role(s) :

Customer Services Clerk

Responsibilities:

a. Handle customer enquiry hotline with good quality of services so as to ensure customer satisfaction

b. Assist in credit card application operation and general clerical work

c. Promote credit card loan products and services to cardholders

d. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

a. F.6 graduate or above

b. Independent, self-initiative and able to work under pressure

c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

d. Applicant with less experience will also be considered
