Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support services to the Chief Executive Officer, in an administrative capacity in line with company procedures, values and obligations. This support person in this position needs to be attentive to their professional needs, flexible regarding hours of work and recognise the importance of confidentiality.

Core Competencies:

Degree or similar in Business/Administration Management or related disciplines.
3-8 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated computer application competence including extensive word processing, presentation, database and spreadsheet experience ie being able to use Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
Demonstrated professional-level communication skills and ability to deal with the Company members, CEO, Executive Team, Managers and other individuals within the company, stakeholders and customers outside the company.
Organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Maintaining diary and appointment scheduling, organising travel.
Attend and minute meetings as directed.
Coordination of company/project functions, conferences, public relations events and assistance to other colleagues as required.
Good communication and presentation skills in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
