Responsibilities:
• Handling the full spectrum of recruitment activities
including screening, interviewing, collecting and giving feedback, preparing
offers and pre-boarding of successful candidates
• Participate in assisting
and implementing HR related policies & procedures, ensuring compliance to
Macau labour ordinances and other regulations
• Support HR routine
operational matters including payroll, benefits administration, leave /
attendance management, maintain the filing system
• Responsible for the
all-round office administrations
• Assist employee engagement activities and
company events
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by
manager
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources
Management or relevant discipline
• At least 6 years of Human Resource field,
with F&B experience is advantage
• Knowledge in Macau labour ordinance is
a must
• Detail-minded, pro-active, mature & tactful
• Analytical,
organized and able to change at fast pace
• Proficiency in MS Office
particular in Excel application and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of
written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is
preferred
