RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the daily running of shop and maintain the highest standard of shop environment
• Driving the sale team to achieve company objectives
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver quality customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Form 5 standard or above
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in fashion industry
• Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and business acumen
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and task-oriented
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Asst. Store Manager / Store Supervisor
