Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Promote the brand and drive sales by identifying and meeting customers’ motivations
• Maximize sales by achieving his or her own individual sales targets and help to achieve the store targets
• Deliver excellent and professional  level of customer service in alignment with the company standards
• Develop loyal customer base and build long term relationship through engaging every client with quality relationship management
• Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
• Participate in stock management and maintain the visual display following company’s guidelines
• Assist in back office duties assigned by store management
• Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in fashion  retail but also open to candidates from other service industries
• Service oriented and always put customers as top priority
• Positive and passionate with a strong strive to achieve sales targets
• Dynamic team player with willing to learn attitude
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
