Position

Department Manager / Assistant Store Manager  

Responsibilities

  • Monitor , manage and drive retail KPIs to maintain and increase productivity and profitability of the store
  • Lead and manage sales teams to deliver outstanding performance in sales, excellence service standards, operational efficiency and achieve their individual performance and development targets
  • Ensure sales team are developed and coached to their full potential to meet and exceed qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Train, develop and coach the sales team by providing appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability with regular on floor coaching and workshops implementation
  • Assist in completing daily, weekly and  monthly report on business trends and be proactive to suggest to Store Manager action plan to drive result
  • Responsible for execution of the store action plans to drives KPI results and maximizes business opportunities
  • Grow and develop loyal customer base through engaging every client with quality relationship management
  • Drive various CRM KPIs and build customer loyalty through excellent and personalized  in-store experience, after-sales-services, regular engagement and interactions with clients
  • Assist Store Manager to manage and monitor  the daily operations of the store including back of the house organization to achieve operational excellence following the company policies and procedures
  • Assist Store Manager to manage  inventory control for any product quality, stock loss, loss prevention issues
  • Ensure close communication between Store and Retail, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing in order to drive the productivity
  • Closely work with Visual Merchandising to ensure all visual directives are properly executed to maintain the brand image
  • Act as the leader on duty and lead by examples
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of  6 years’ experience in high-end fashion retail with at least 2-3 years of managerial experience
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented mind
  • Strong sense of luxury service with excellent clienteling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills
  • Energetic, passionate and flexible in working in a fast paced environment
  • Dynamic team player with good people management skills
  • Service oriented and always put customer as top priority
  • Proven track record to drive increment in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for Assistant Store Manager
