Job Description:
• Installation and configuration of customer production and back of house systems, as well as systems for internal use
• Provide L1 or L2 support for WDTS software products throughout the Asia Pacific region. This may sometimes require onsite travel
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in customer environments
• Coordinate and work with regional partners to address customer issues
• Technical setup and support for trade shows
• Provide technical training to support partners and customers
• Other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in application support and systems implementation
• Experience with scripting, database (SQL) queries
• Knowledge of IP networking principles
• Experience in Linux and open source products is a plus
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Podman
• Solution-oriented and customer driven
• Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Understanding of casino operations is a plus
