Work with customers to ensure that all needs are being met from an implementation and operation perspective, including customer training, systems go-live configurations, and operational support.
Manage communications with customers and partners on day-to-day operational matters and new product opportunities.
Conduct product operational testing of new software releases and patches
Using a comprehensive pool of data on customer needs and performance, plan opportunities and conduct gap-analysis against current casino procedures and the product’s functionality.
Maintain & improve existing operational processes to assist internal stakeholders and drive efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Table Games casino experience at a Supervisor level or above.
Excellent knowledge in casino games such as baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.
Training experience is a plus.
A quick learner of commercial and strategic concepts and how they are applied in the gaming industry.
Strong written and verbal English and Cantonese skills. Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to deliver results and outstanding service whilst working to tight timelines.
Enthusiastic, motivated and self-confident, with the ability to form excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
