Job Description:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for WDTS products throughout the Asia Pacific region. This may sometimes require onsite travel
• Installation of WDTS products in customer and internal environments
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in customer environments
• Deliver and/or pick-up WDTS parts and equipment
• Technical setup and support for trade shows
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; College level electronics training preferred
• Experience with installing and servicing electrical hardware devices and equipment
• Experience with Windows desktop administration and Linux
• Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Network troubleshooting
• Good communication skills, both in Chinese and English
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to read and understand schematics, and service manuals
• Ability to make rational decisions in the field to ensure customer satisfaction with the installation or performance of all equipment
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Previous experience with gaming equipment is a plus
• Driver’s (automobile or motorcycle) license
