初級修復人員 工作職責： - 能獨立進行建築文物勘察、病害和狀況報告及其相關歷史研究工作
- 具材料檢測、成分配對、加速風化模擬、傳統建築環境模擬等的基本操作能力
- 對澳門和鄰近的建築文物和傳統材料的保護具有一定的知識和研究
- 能對修復再利用項目提供新、舊材料的對比測試和提供修復意見
- 能操作一般修復實驗室的設備、儀器和常用模擬軟件
- 對修復材料的配比和含量等的標準檢測有一定的認識，並能針對保護標準微調修復材料的屬性，供修復工程使用
- 對文物建築的風化成因、環境因素、氣候因素的評估方法和修復框架有一定認識
- 能在實驗室按檢測結果獨立製備澳門常見的傳統文物修復材料
所需資格： - 學歷
- 必須具備建築文物修復/建築遺產保護/傳統建築材料科學等相關的碩士學位
- 工作經驗 (必須)
- 有過往文物修復與保護實踐經驗，包括參與修復項目、研究項目、培訓實習或工作坊等
- 有參與傳統建築文物修復方案編制的相關經驗
- 有關於傳統建築結構的安全評估與加固方案的計算等經驗優先
