| Position Requirement: |
- 協助上級制定產品方案、報價單、銷售訂單、上單表、業績表及結數表；
- 協助上級處理項目工程交貨、製作及更新項目交貨大表；
- 協助上級完成簽訂合同前後的部門間協作，按時完成上級交待的任務主動彙報溝通；
- 處理突發事件，工作情況及時上報；
- 對内及對外郵件往來之收發、回覆和文書歸檔等工作。
職位要求：
- 本科或以上學歷，良好的中、英文書寫及表達能力；
- 具3年以上相關工作經驗；
- 熟練使用辦公軟體, 資料分析;
- 工作細緻認真，責任心強，具團隊合作精神，抗壓性強。
