| Position Requirement: |
貫徹執行公司人力資源政策与相關規章制度； 充分瞭解業務運營情況，負責澳門市場各項人力資源支持工作，包括但不僅限於勞動合同管理、招聘、員工關係管理、薪酬及績效考核、個稅、政府部門對接等事宜； 建立有效的、多樣化的員工溝通管道； 跟進處理勞動關係有關事項，應對突發事件、勞動爭議； 負責澳門市場的人力數據收集、匯總、整理分析工作； 協助澳門區域負責人辦理店鋪所需相關證照工作； 負責澳門地區行政事務工作； 保持與相關政府部門的溝通，維護與相關政府部門的良好關係； 完成上級安排的其他相關工作等。
崗位要求： 本科及以上學歷，人力資源專業，持澳門居民身份證； 瞭解人力資源各模塊基本工作，有餐飲零售業員工關係、招聘等相關經驗爲佳； 熟練使用辦公軟件，如word、excel等； 責任心强，自我驅動力強，善於溝通，有親和力。 |
