Responsibilities: Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc… Provide Windows operation support Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance. HelpDesk service operation
Qualification or Experience: Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred. 1-3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered) Knowledge and experience on MS Windows Good team player and communication skills Good planning and analytical skills with attitude Preferrable: CCNA, HCIA or ITIL Foundation
