Shop Manager (店鋪經理) 職責： - 管理店內日常營運，包括培訓，人手安排及貨品管理等
- 具領導能力，能指導團隊, 促進團隊合作及營運氣氛
- 帶領團隊提供優質顧客服務，制定計劃以達成銷售目標
- 與區域經理和零售團隊密切合作，提供有關產品、庫存情況和特定類別要求的回饋, 幫助發展業務
入職要求： - 至少五年相關工作經驗，其中兩年屬管理位置
- 優秀溝通技巧，產品知識與人員管理技能
- 個性開朗、外向，喜歡與人互動
- 經驗較少的候選人將被考慮擔任助理店經理
- 必須持有澳門身分證
