工作職責：
- 帶領及推動前線團隊達致公司銷售指標
- 指導及提升店鋪團隊之顧客服務及銷售技巧，帶領團隊有效地向顧客提供優質服務
- 人事管理、工作分配、團隊建立及人才培訓
- 管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖視覺陳列等，以確保營運及服務符合公司指標
- 進行銷售及數據分析作出店舖生意匯報
入職要求：
- 3年或以上時裝零售經驗，當中不少於1年為店舖管理經驗
- 具卓越人事管理及領導才能
- 具良好市場觸角、銷售及顧客服務技巧
- 具良好數據及銷售分析能力
- 具獨立處事及危機應變能力
- 主動積極、對工作有熱誠及責任感
- 具良好人際關係及溝通技巧，能操流利粵語、一般普通話及英語對話
- 經驗較少者可申請店舖副經理
