Full Time Boutique Manager 全職店舖經理
工作職責： - 負責店舖和團隊日常管理，設定及達成定下的團隊銷售目標
- 積極推動 Dior 推出計劃，有效管理內部和外部溝通以確保活動成功
- 定期設定及調整店鋪策略，通過分析銷售結果，提供相關報告以實施發展計劃
- 確保團隊在品牌知識、行為和陳列方面遵守 Dior 標準
- 培訓所有團隊成員的技能和知識，提升卓越客戶體驗，增加店內客流量並培養顧客忠誠度
- 協助招聘高素質團隊成員，通過有效管理績效表現, 確保提供職業發展階梯
- 有效管理庫存，並確保庫存準確性及其充足
要求： - 3 年或以上店舖管理經驗，具有奢侈品行業的零售經驗優先
- 以人為本，良好人才管理技能（能夠管理、激勵、指導和培養人才）
- 積極主動，能夠做出決策並解決問題
- 以服務為導向和以客戶為中心
- 良好電腦操作和分析力
- 對美容/香水充滿熱情
- 良好溝通和人際交往能力，能操流利的廣東話，基本英語及普通話
