| Position Requirement: |
- 協助項目經理編製計算書；
- 編製和報審施工方案、RFI、材料報批等工程文件；
- 協助項目經理統計每期完成工程量和編製後加報價文件；
- 發現施工期間的技術問題，並協助提出解決方案；
- 向前線施工人員進行技術交底並說明設計要求，編製和提供施工深化大樣圖；
- 負責工程現場驗收工作，跟進和處理驗收問題；
職位要求：
- 土木或建築工程相關專業大學專科或以上學歷(需具備良好數理基礎)；
- 有志投身建築工程行業，不要求任何工作經驗，誠邀應屆畢業生應徵；
- 具備良好中英文水平；
- 具備使用AutoCad、MS Offices、MS Project等工程管理軟件的能力。
