職責
- 協助總經理制定公司的整體市場戰略，確保市場目標與公司戰略一致。包括但不限於參與制定市場定位、市場商務計劃和公關策略，以實現企業對外影響力的提升和市場份額的增長。
- 協助總經理領導和管理中心團隊，指導團隊成員實施市場計畫，確保有效的市場對接和合作項目得以順利落地。
- 分析市場趨勢、競爭對手和消費者洞察，為戰略決策提供可靠的市場分析支持和產品創新建議。
- 策劃和管理大型合作項目，確保企業對外形象和傳播的一致性，包括制定市場推廣策略和公關戰略，推動企業知名度的提升和市場認可度的增加。
- 負責建立並維護與重大合作夥伴及利益相關者的良好關係，與各類政府單位、戰略合作夥伴及業務夥伴進行長期穩定友好的合作並推進合作項目的落地。
- 監測市場接待等相關預算，確保企業資源的有效利用和市場接洽行爲的效果，監控市場端預算執行的情況，並提出預算優化和控制建議。
- 上級交辦的其他事項。
要求
- 擁有經濟類、市場類等相關領域的碩士及以上學位，名校優先。
- 擁有不少於3年的海外留學或/及工作經驗，發達國家經驗優先。
- 精通英語、粵語、國語、葡語等至少3種語言。
- 在市場類崗位具有至少5年的工作經驗，其中包括3年以上的高層管理經驗。
- 具備深入瞭解市場和消費者的能力，能夠制定並率領團隊執行創新的市場策略。
- 具備卓越的領導和團隊管理能力，能夠激發團隊成員的工作激情和創新思維。
- 出色的溝通和協調能力，能夠與內部團隊和外部合作夥伴進行有效的溝通和協作。
- 具備數據分析和市場研究能力，能夠利用數據驅動的方法進行市場分析和決策支持。
- 具備全球市場經驗和國際業務拓展能力，能夠適應不同文化和市場環境。
