職責
- 負責公司形象宣傳、品牌推廣等相關網絡推廣工作，擁有紮實文字撰稿能力；
- 負責獨立完成公司微信公眾號、視頻號、小紅書等多個自媒體賬號的日常編輯與運營，提高用戶的關注度和粘性；
- 根據公司自身需求，及社會熱點結合，及時輸出高質量的自媒體內容；
- 負責獨立完成視頻的主題策劃、腳本撰寫及後期剪輯；
- 負責日常數據流量分析，建立有效運營及傳播手段，增加粉絲數量；
- 協助運營部門完成在各自媒體平臺的營銷活動策劃以及推廣宣傳工作；擁有電商經驗優先；
- 負責收集市場及同行業的行業動態信息。
要求
- 本科學曆，廣告/傳媒/新聞/營銷相關專業，2年以上自媒體文案策劃經驗，熟練使用短視頻剪輯軟件；
- 具有自媒體類型公眾號運營經驗；懂得產品，善於挖掘市場爆點，懂得澳門地區生活、娛樂和時尚類的內容，同時有一定生活積累；
- 對跨境電商及金融科技行業感興趣，熟悉推廣活動的組織流程及自媒體爆點熱度；
- 思維活躍，具備全局性思考能力，工作認真細心，責任感及執行力強，有一定的審美能力。
