崗位職責
- 負責活動項目投標、報價、實施並與客戶對接
- 能獨立進行項目相關文案或報告書寫
- 負責項目需求分析，快速理解用戶需求
- 結合活動項目目標、範圍、周期，制定清晰可行的項目工作計劃和項目執行計劃
- 制定項目各階段工作計劃，並監督、檢查制度的執行情況、計劃的實施情況，確保各項工作得以順利進行
- 負責項目驗收管理制度組織各類活動項目的驗收及款項回收，並核對驗收成果
- 能帶領項目人員熟練運用項目管理方法，完成項目的各項任務和指標
任職要求
- 8年(4年-副經理)或以上活動項目管理經驗，具大學畢業或以上相關學歷
- 良好中、英文說寫能力及流利廣東話
- 能獨立進行項目的管理，協調各方面的關系
- 具活動策劃及展覽項目管理經驗優先
- 工作積極認真、責任心強，為人正直、誠信，學習能力強，工作主動性強
- 具備良好的溝通和表達能力、良好的組織協調能力和管理能力
- 熟練運用MS Office,如Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook等
