崗位職責
- 參與投標工作及撰寫方案；負責公司項目的管理工作，包括但不限於：主持項目規劃會議、組織協調、統籌策劃項目跟進及決策等
- 管理及監督項目的進度，協調內部和外部，與各合作者有效溝通，確保項目的執行及按時完成
- 尋找夥伴共同合作推廣展覽項目及相關市場活動
- 負責各類活動的規劃、安排與執行（如：年度活動、公關活動、節慶活動、產品推廣活動、公司形象活動及企業品牌活動等）
- 負責公司品牌刊物、公司官網、FB粉絲專頁、IG、公眾號等平台維護管理
- 向上級回報工作進度及協助完成上級指派的工作任務
任職要求
- 具3年或以上相關工作經驗優先
- 有會展工作經驗優先，市場行銷企劃相關科系畢業尤佳
- 具營運相關經驗優先
- 具活動策劃及展覽項目管理經驗優先
- 接受節假日時間工作安排
- 薪酬及福利：有薪年假10天，醫療福利，退休金計劃，雙糧。
