| Position Requirement: |
- 協助進行項目公司年度審計, 以及上市公司的審計工作
- 負責全盤賬和簡單的合併報表
- 協助進行稅務申報 (A組稅和B組稅) 和其他稅務事宜
- 負責集團內部報表要求 (月度, 季度, 年度, ad hoc)
- 協助進行年度預算工作
- 協助執行內控工作, 確保流程符合公司權限要求
- 負責制單, 費用支付, 整理憑證等基本財務工作
- 有融資工作經驗優先
任職資格:- 學士或以上學歷（金融、會計系優先），持有會計師等專業資格優先
- 5年以上會計工作經驗，房地產或建築行業經驗優先
- 瞭解澳門會計準則, 熟悉稅務等監管規定要求
- 對香港會計準則, 稅務等有一定認識優先
- 具良好的中文(含粵語和普通話)、英文語言能力
- 具備良好的管理、溝通、組織協調能力
- 具良好的辦公軟件能力、用友財務軟件能力
- 成熟穩重、嚴謹細緻、責任心強、保密意識強，忠於職業操守，有團隊精神。
