職責內容： 確保按時提交高品質且易於理解的施工圖和設計 利用技術專業知識監督設計過程 定時參與甲方設計及進度會議，確保滿足他們的期望 避免施工過程中的錯誤並降低財務風險 隨時了解不斷變化的建築立法和與設計相關的實踐規範 在辦公室工作，偶爾去現場考察
技能要求： 熟悉掌握施工圖繪製規範和要求 具備創新精神，有獨立的思維並能兼顧甲方設計的整體需要 工作態度嚴謹穩健、學習能力強、工作踏實認真、能夠承受較大的工作壓力 具有一定主動性，方案理解、領悟能力強。善於溝通交流，具備團隊意識 具有2年以上相關工作經驗、室內效果圖設計經驗、設計或建築相關專業畢業優先 熟悉IBC (International Building code 國際建築規範) 及澳門本地相關建築規範優先
