職責內容： 負責獨立處理工程進度計劃 各方協調、工程成本等進行全面的控制 負責整體項目管理，以滿足項目的品質、成本、法定、安全和環境問題以及進度要求 施工現場全盤管理，負責對項目的工期、工期品質、施工安全管理 在合同前和合同後與客戶、顧問、分包商、供應商和內部項目人員安排進展工作，須具良好溝通能力 參與組織分判會議及甲方會議，相關文書及報告製定 定期組織對工程檢查和對重要的分項工程抽查，需及時瞭解、發現及處理問題
