| Position Requirement: |
職責：
- 協調、監督及管理辦公室的有效工作，並確保與各領導及團體會的領導人的聯繫
- 確保履行理事會指派的任務
- 協調領導處理辦公室日常事務和協調各部門的工作
- 協調領導組織會議、起草文件，並做好上傳下達
- 負責辦公室內外的接待、來訪、接待安排工作、辦公室與外界公共關係的維護
- 主動了解與全局有關的情況和問題，提出解決辦法，供上級決策時參考
- 召集辦公室全體人員會議，管理和調配人力資源，關心員工的思想、工作和生活
- 管理財務及核數工作開展
- 完成上級交辦的其它工作
要求：
- 本科或以上學歷，有10年以上社團經驗或同等職位者經驗優先
- 熟悉社團整體運作流程，思維敏捷、文筆流暢、分析能力強
- 能承受一定的工作壓力，高度的工作熱情和責任心，良好的團隊合作和敬業精神
- 具有優秀的溝通技巧和人際交往能力；（非常重要）
- 須輪更工作，職位要求未符合者將考慮其他職務
