| Position Requirement: |
- 學習並瞭解公司的行政流程，參與行政部門的日常運作。
- 協助處理辦公室管理，包括接待客戶、文書處理、行程安排和文件整理。
- 參與會議的籌備和安排，協調內部團隊的溝通和合作。
- 協助行政主管處理項目管理，包括制定計劃、跟蹤進度和監測成果。
- 學習公司政策和程序，協助解決員工事務和問題。
- 處理辦公室設備和供應品的管理，確保辦公環境的運作順利。協助編寫和整理項目文件，包括報告、演示文稿等其他相關文件。
工作要求：
- 相關本科學歷，行政管理、辦公室管理等相關專業優先。
- 優秀的組織和協調能力，能夠處理多項行政任務和項目管理。
- 良好的溝通和人際技巧，能夠與不同背景的人合作和溝通。
- 熟練使用辦公軟件，如Microsoft Office套件。
- 細心注重細節，能夠確保文件和資料的準確性。
薪酬：職位的薪酬視資歷和經驗而定。
福利待遇：10天有薪年假，7天病假等
上班時間：星期一至五09: 30 - 18:00; 中午1.5小時休息，
週六，日例假（如有個別工作任務需要，週六必須上班）
