Prepare financial statement;
Prepare final account, assessment of claims, cost and contract advice and attend meetings;

Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / or related disciplines and are able to work independently;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
