- 高中以上学历；
- 需熟悉MS Office (Word、Excel、Outlook、Project等…)相关办公室软件；
- 具备团队合作精神、认真负责、善于沟通、能独立完成工作；
- 具3年以上行政人事出纳工作经验者优先；
- 有电单车或私家车驾驶执照优先。
工作内容：
- 人事行政工作(包括员工的入职、离职、保险及政府文件申报等工作)；
- 蓝卡的辨理、续期工作；
- 安排员工的薪酬及福利等事务；
- 会计出纳，日常收付款，对接银行等相关工作；
- 按工程部要求采购物料；
- 完成领导安排的其他工作。
工作地点：澳门南湾大马路。 |
