| Position Requirement: |
- 負責採購訂單管理，包括下單，負責與供應商溝通生產，排貨及售後問題處理;
- 採購金額發票等核對，安排訂單與相關費用的付款流程;
- 負責產品入倉庫監控，靈活庫存產品，按需求調動避免積壓，控制物流時間及成本;
- 採購訂單審核，金額發票等核對，安排訂單及相關費用的付款流程;
- 負責產品詢價及報價，根據預算控制成本，提高利潤;
- 協助上級完成簽訂合同前後的部門間協作，按時完成上級交待的任務主動彙報溝通。
崗位要求
- 大專以及以上學歷，國經貿專業及商務英語專業優先，良好中英文書寫及表達能力;
- 熟悉採購流程，2年以上採購跟單或外貿跟單相關經驗優先考慮;
- 熟練使用辦公軟體, 資料分析;
- 工作細緻認真，責任心強，具有較強的邏輯思維能力，學習能力及理解能力，具團隊合作精神，抗壓性強。
