Job Descriptions：
- Supervise the day-to-day operations with the team of your shop (e.g. briefings, team building)
- Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities and sales target allocation
- Transmit product knowledge to sales staff
- Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the Shop Manager
- Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, and preserve the highest standards of customer satisfaction
- Develop measurable goals and objectives based off store’s KPIs
- Share responsibility of staff coaching
- Organize and contribute to stock management
- Be available for supporting the sales and handle with payments when necessary
- Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise
Job Requirements：
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Pleasant, self-motivated, positive, and outgoing personality
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and other spoken, written languages is a plus
- Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office
- Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays
