| Position Requirement: |
- 与利益相关者合作，记录项目范围、可交付成果、目标、风险、阻碍因素、成功衡量标准和估计所需资源。
- 确保项目保持在范围内并满足预算、进度和质量要求。
- 创建、管理和分发项目通信工件，例如章程、时间表和预算。

- 协助业务开发工作以创建项目提案、RFP、估算和时间表。
- 设置和监控项目预算和人员配置要求。
- 确保遵守具有法律约束力的要求。
- 计划、安排、监控和报告与项目相关的活动，包括分包商监控
- 建立关键项目标准指标。
- 制定项目控制和报告程序并管理运营计划的变更
- 计划并领导状态审查会议，其中可能包括内部团队成员、供应商和客户。
- 负责培训、管理和激励项目团队，以及解决团队冲突。
- 根据需要解决技术和操作问题。
要求：- 在信息技术领域的项目管理方面拥有丰富的工作经验。
- 扎实的技术背景，了解大规模部署的项目管理并具有实践经验。
- 优秀的教育背景。
- 优秀的面向客户和内部沟通技巧。
- 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力。
- 扎实的组织能力，包括对细节的关注和多任务处理能力。
- 丰富的 Microsoft Office 工作知识。
- PMP / PRINCE II 认证优先。
- 有赌场项目管理经验者优先。
