职位描述
• 协助简化和改进应付账款流程。
• 付款前检查发票是否有适当的文件。
• 协助信用卡和银行账户对账。
• 协助填写文件。
• 在所有支票上获取并打印签名。
• 协助实际库存盘点。
• 协助处理小额现金文件。
• 遵守国家和地方金融法规。
• 协助审计员准备用于审计目的的文件。
• 执行直接下属要求的其他临时任务。
要求：
• 会计高级文凭或以上
• 至少2 年会计经验，跨国公司经验者优先。
• 较强的PC技能，包括Excel和Word，有ERP会计系统经验者优先。
• 自我激励、多任务处理、组织良好、出色的人际交往能力和良好的团队合作精神
• 能立即上岗并在短时间内通知者优先
