| Position Requirement: |
- 明確項目範圍，制定詳細的項目計劃。推動重要項目計劃，提供高質量的解決方案。
- 監督相關應用程序的實施，包括開發應用程序的要求、功能和技術規格;
- 爲相關業務項目提供資源和諮詢支持，指導應用程序功能;
- 與團隊緊密合作，鞏固業務的戰略需求和目標，以確定未來計劃的優先級。
- 與相關人員定期召開項目更新會議，監控項目進度並及時更新項目計劃。
- 管理項目從啓動到結束的整個週期，包括實施、培訓、部署和移交。準備所有相關的項目和過程文件，包括但不限於以下內容:
（1）項目計劃溝通計劃
（2）需求文檔
（3）問題列表
（4）內部流程要求的相關文件
（5）遵循流程並遵守所有政策。
職位要求:
- 本科以上學歷，計算機科學、計算機工程、系統分析或相關專業，或具有同等工作經驗。
- 具有2年以上IT領域工作經驗，包括但不限於業務分析與設計、項目與項目管理、應用支持、IT與業務系統運營等。
- 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力，具備較強的英語、粵語和普通話溝通能力。
- 有相關項目管理經驗者優先。
- 優秀的人際交往能力，包括團隊合作，協調和談判。
- 對內部合作伙伴和外部供應商有較強的管理能力。
- 與高層負責人進行良好的業務溝通。
- 較強的將業務需求轉化爲技術需求的能力。
