Business Analyst
Department: Information Technology Development
Job Responsibilities：
- Work collaboratively with business teams, and technical teams to communicate requirements,timelines, change requests, and provide project risk analysis;
- Analyze requirements and initiate detailed solution options from a system perspective;
- Work with software vendor to perform technical design, testing and deployment;
- Create/maintain system specification and documentation;
- Manage business stakeholder expectations and drive milestones accordingly;
- Create and execute project plans, identify quantify potential benefits, manage risk, ensure projectdocuments are properly updated and shared;
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders effectively, ensure deliverables is on time andwithin budget, evaluate project result;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external parties;
- Conduct UAT and keep the result records;
- Manage change requests and identify impact on schedule and costs.
Job Requirements：
- Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT, or related discipline;
- Experience in managing and delivering process improvement/re-engineering/project management;
- Experience in Web/Mobile apps development;
- Experience in DevOps is a plus;
- Experience in system architecture/functional design;
- Experience in solution of Betting, CRM and BI experience is a plus;
- Strong SQL & database knowledge preferred in MSSQL/Oracle;
- Board technical & business knowledge; understand technical implications to business, and able tocomment on/bring value-add to technical proposals;
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet critical deadlines;
- Good team player, able to influence others and work in multi-cultural environment;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
